Our Design Only service is ideal for homeowners who want a professional garden design that they can implement themselves or pass to their preferred landscaping contractor.
You will receive a clear and detailed plan for your garden, helping you understand the proposed layout, key features, materials and overall direction of the transformation.
Design fees typically start from:
Small gardens: £1,599 plus VAT
Medium gardens: £1,899 plus VAT
Large gardens: from £2,399 plus VAT

A clear visual representation can make it much easier to understand how your finished garden will look and feel.
Our professional 2D plans show the proposed layout of the garden, including the relationship between patios, pathways, planting areas, lawns, seating and structural features.
Where appropriate, we can also create realistic 3D garden visualisations. These allow you to explore the proposed design from different viewpoints and understand how the materials, planting and features will work together.
This is particularly valuable when planning a complete transformation or introducing features such as pergolas, covered seating areas, raised beds, outdoor kitchens or changes in level.
By visualising the garden before construction begins, you can make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.

Thoughtfully planned garden lighting can completely change how an outdoor space looks and feels after dark. Rather than treating lighting as a final addition, we consider it as part of the wider garden design from the beginning.
Carefully positioned lighting can highlight trees, planting, pathways, architectural features and changes in level, helping to create depth, atmosphere and a sense of discovery throughout the garden.
